Unable to send or receive text messages on cellular service. Has been happening since I updated my iPhone a few days ago.

Did not work. After 3 days and 3 different customer service reps, they sent me a new e-sim and the problem was resolved.

@dirtyMartini Can you check Settings - Messages - Send & Receive and make sure your phone number is checked in both?
