@id909090 If the original SIM is undamaged try simply turning off Suspend Service. This assumes you only Suspended Service.

@id909090, unfortunately I do not think you will be able to restore a burned SIM card. You have deactivated your current SIM card. SIM cards are use once only. Your only recourse is to get a new SIM card and apply it to your account.

@id909090, You will need to get in touch with the moderator team via private message and see if they can re-activate a SIM that you reported lost/stolen. I am not sure if they can. You might need to get a new SIM.
