Talking and Texting package

Is there a package for the Caribbean that has talking and texting?

There are several places in the area that would work for US roaming. Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, maybe British VI, Florida keys of course. Maybe one or two more.

I don't think Public Mobile has any talk and text packages while in the Carribean. You can text worldwide though while in Canada.

No package if you are in the Caribbean looking to use public mobile services

However if you are looking to communicate with someone in the Caribbean and you are in Canada,  texting is worldwide.

Calling would require a VoIP app that allows you to make calls from here to there.

@Bill107 Do you mean for calling and texting when you are in the Caribbean yourself or to call and text to the Caribbean from Canada?  There is no roaming package for when you are in the Caribbean, PM can only work in Canada and the USA.  For calling from Canada check the list mojorising posted, there's only Puerto Rico.

Unfortunately not. Your best bet is to buy calling cards.
