I transfered my number from Freedom mobile. My phone should work LG V50 V450PM. I've tried submitting a ticket but keep getting There seems to be an error submitting the ticket.

Hi @JFear,

What is the account status in self service? Is your account showing as Active?

Try these:

  • reset network settings (Go to settings -->Scroll down to General management --> Tap Reset --> Tap Reset network settings)
  • remove SIM card put back in and reboot
  • swap SIM cards and see what works.

Hmm  sounds like the port was not successful.  I'm sorry for your troubles. Try this link and see if it will work.
