System issue: No autopay and referral bonus??

Hi Mods,

Could you help address my April Billing as illustrated in picture below. There seems to be a system issue where the AutoPay reward and the refer-a-friend bonus are not credited to the account. As such, I have to pay the full amount of the plan.

Hey @wkmaksar  - You will need to send a private message to the moderators.  They will fix this up for you.  There have been issues with renewals lately.
