Hi,
I am currently on a $81/90 days plan (grandfathered). I have the following perks attached to my plan:
1. $9/90days loyalty discount
2. $6/90days autopay rewards
3. 5GB+1GB bonus data given at different times throughout my subscription with public mobile
4. Just purchased a $15 for international calling
I am thinking of switching it to $25/30days plan. Will I lost all the above when I change my plan?

As mentioned earlier in this thread: I assume that this is the $81 talk & text only plan from spring 2017. It was only province wide talk. That exact plan later in that year became $75/90 days, which would be $25/30days.
If you change to the current $25 you'll get unlimited Canada wide calling (= upgrade), unlimited international text (same as you have right now), 1GB of throttled LTE data (if you use auto pay - why wouldn't you?)... All your rewards and the free add-ons are tied to your account, not the plan, you'll see the amounts adjusted to the 30day duration.
So, in my book, with that plan data included, I'm not sure why you'd want to pay more for less?
(FWIW, I signed up with the $81/90day province wide, changed to $75/90day province wide when the price changed, then for a bit, when my needs changed, was on $40/30days, then went for $25/30day Canada wide, upgraded to the same plan when it started to include data. I'm now on the $15/30days 100 minutes since my 30 day outgoing minute average is in the 120 - 150 minutes range, I'm grabbing the "excess" 20 - 50 minutes from my $5/500 minute add-on as needed, at a "extra" cost of $0.20 - 0.50, which is easily offset with rewards.)

Hi,
The 5G was given recently as a loyalty bonus. This is a really good perk as my plan does not buy with any data. This 5G data rollover too which is great. Really hope I get to keep it.

If I'm not mistaken, @Adele is on the Spring 2017 provincial talk / global text only plan. No plan data. So good point about the data available being full LTE that they are not getting back if they switch. However, it looks like they are a very light data user and will be unlikely to find throttled data to be a major inconvenience for their use.

1,2 and 4 you will not loose but (1,2) will be reduced for 30 days and not 90 days as mentioned by @gblackma and @popping . As for 3 it depends if this was a promotion attached to your plan or are you simply talking about an add-on? Like the free holiday gift add-on last xmas. That you would not loose if it's something like that the 1 gig at least. What did you get the 5 gig for
Two ways to change plan. Change now (will say top up now if you don't have the funds to cover it) this method plan changes right away, you're charged and no refund on unused days from old plan. Second option is change at next renewal which majority picks. The one you likely want. This one means at next payment due date your new plan will be charged and start then.
Also take note. Your grandfathered plan is likely LTE....New plans are still LTE but throttled to 3g speed.

@Adele I doubt it. Just schedule your change at next renewal date. The rewards will now be $3 and $2 respectively. The 6 gigs, since they were gifts will probably come with the plan and the international add on stays with account not the plan. Stay safe.

Your add-ons and rewards will stay if you switch plan. Please note that you will not get your grandfathered plan back after switching.
Instead of $9/90 days loyalty reward, you will get $3/30 days cycle
Instead of $6/90 days autopay reward, you will get $2/30 days cycle.
