Switching from Virgin

Hello everyone,

I have phone from Virgin and just trying to switch to Public. I got the unlock code but i am not sure how to unlock my phone?now i already sign up with public using existing Virgin number. But now ny phone said the sim is not registered. Please help me. Thanks before

Once you switch to PM, the Virgin sim is no longer valid because the account was closed. You may have gotten the sim cards confused. The PM sim should be valid.

Which carrier's sim card is saying not registered? Usually that means that there is no active service attached to that sim card, whether it's because it was never set up or because service was cancelled.

@MacaladaIt really depends on what kind of phone you have. If it is an iPhone then you don't need an unlock code as it is via the Apple Server. So I assume you have an Android phone? Put your Virgin SIM card back in, and then put your Public Mobile SIM in, it should ask you for the unlock code (assuming you didn't try to enter the wrong code too many times).
