Anybody successfully switched plans? How'd you do it? ..

Hopes of switching plans, although so far it's proving an exercise in futility. My current plan has expired. Would like to subscribe to the plan which better meets my needs, but the system won't let me.  Tried to "submit a ticket". When I clicked on "Submit", no response (didn't Submit).

...fingers crossed.

It's entirely possible to switch plans when the account is in suspension. I've personally done it.

Simply login to your account and go to Subscription tab - Manage Subscription - Change Subscription and there will be a list of plans you need to switch to.

But you need to make a manual payment to reinstate your current plan first before you can switch plans.

If you don’t care about your number. You might get a better deal by creating a new account with a different email address and  buy & activate a new SIM but compare the plans in your account first with plans for new members.

@Annamtl  There’s delay in support tickets ATM but you can just resume service then go into your account and change plan for next renewal . Otherwise you will need to wait the delay out for support to try assist to new plan and resume at same time

If you see the plan in your My Account -> Change Subscription, you should be able to change to it

Ask PM to help.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
