Help!
I have 3 cell accounts.
I was short funds for my payment.
Now I can’t (don’t know how to) reconnect my service.
Post moved to Paymemts from Retail by stonechucker.

Yes and then reactivate the accounts. If you want them back on Autopay, you can do that once it's reinstated.

It was $6 short for the 30 day withdrawal
I’ve since paid 20
and additionally 40.
Do I need to log into each account to top up?

AutoPay only runs when it is renewal date. If it fails, normally payments will need to be applied manually.

When you go into your "my account" Does it say account suspended? Have you put the money in to cover your account now?
