My credit card ran out and as a result missed a payment so they cut my service. They sent me a text so i click the link and for the life of me i cant get to the payment page, it wants me yo pick a new plan and don't even like my sim number. I can't raise anyone calling 611. Has anyone experienced this?

The link you sent takes me to the sign in page and wants me to pick a plan and buy a new sim card. Didn't take me to payment.

if you cannot get to the page, you can buy vouchers from Shoppes Drug mart and load the voucher using *611 to resume service

The error indicates that the Eversafe login system is unable to locate your My Account from your email login. But no worries, it is an easy fix for PM support, you will just need to engage them by direct message. Please private message CS Agent at:
