My account is suspended when I changed for a new Plan. Even though I had paid for it already, it is still not working. What do I do?

Since you scheduled a plan change to change you from a $20 to $15 plan, the payment system sometimes expects payment for the more expensive plan. Make sure that there is at least $20 in your available funds account balance and your $15 plan should start working.
