I understand that many people are experiencing the same issue where their account is suspended for no reason, so I'm sorry if I'm just clogging up the forums, but I really would like a resolution ASAP.

 

I am not able to call as the plan is apparently suspended.  This is despite that I set up an autopay, for a three month renewal on an account I made under 1 month ago.


Please advise on what I should be doing?

@chericemuir you posted on a week old thread.  You will typically have better luck getting a response if you create a new thread.  I am not entirely sure what you mean by verifying your email, but if you are trying to access your Self Serve account and are unable, your best bet is to send a private message to the Moderators.

Send a message to @CS_Agent with your phone number and email address and try to be as detailed as possible and they will help you gain access to your account as soon as they can.

Hello. I know my email and password for my account, it's just that it can't verify my email even though I have used this email for everything. Apparently I have been off the site for too long? I need to have my account accessable before 10:00 AM. Thank you!

Yes!  That is exactly what the issue is.  I have sent the moderator team a message!  I've been out for two days now I believe 😄
