Hey so I just moved recently and forgot to update my account with the new address + info on my account page and on the credit card so autopay didnt go through. I updated it successfully but when I go to make a payment the amount due is blank. Any help?

@dhuynh9, check your payment history. The cost should be the same as last month's payment.

You can add the amount of your plan less $2 autopay.
But it is nothing wrong to contact moderator to get the exact amount as you need to contact moderator anyway.

Can you add fund to your account after the credit card info update?
Then, send a private message to moderator to renew your plan.
