This is a screenshot of a plan from Oct 4/24 to Nov 4/24.
PM currently doesn’t have unlimited data plans. Once you use it up. You need to purchase data Add-on.

Hi, did you previously connect to a CS Agent? You need to go back to your inbox and pull up the sent items and reply that way.

Check your Change Subscription and check to see if that previous plan is available. If not, you cannot change on your own. You can try to contact an agent to see if they will help you, but the chances are low. Good luck
