Support: Esim not working

Hi,

I transfer my number during flash sale. I transfer successfully to Public Mobile but the sim does not working and visible. I keep resetting the phones but there is still no available esim (SOS).

Please help me!

hi @AnhHa 

can you double check if the PM  eSIM is already showing up on your Sim Manager or Settings-> Ceulluar?

if yes, then you need to manually enable it (also make sure you removed other physical sim and disable other esim)

but if it is not there you will need to ask PM support agent to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
