How do I change my 30 day subscription to a 90 day subscription?
Is there an option to change Subscription length?

Sorry, but there are currently no 90-day plan for existing customers to change to.

I don't know if I agree or don't agree with your statement.
The plans that are 90 day are clearly marked as 90 day and say that there is an option for a 30-day version which may or may not be a cheaper price. All the other plans do not say they are 90 day but rather they all say they are 30-day plants.
That to me clearly states the difference. I find no reason to say it's confused.

Hi hTideGnow,
I do understand what your saying, that there is no 90 day subscription change available for existing customers.
I already switched from $34 40GB to the $34 50GB Can - US plan.
PM needs to have it clear on what changes are available and what not up front. Not have us deep dive to find out.
Please have a look at the screen shot which is misleading.
Thank you once again for the support

HI @JRBri
which plan you try to change? I can confirm if there is a 90 days. But I doubt any current plans available for us has that option
also, when you click on the plan, if there is a 90 days plan, then it will show you another screen for you to choose 30 days or 90 day. If no such showing, then there is no 90 days option

Thanks for the info
The message and info provided by PM support is totally incorrect for changing subscriptions.
It show to choose your subscription then length which is not an real option when you change a subscription.

HI @JRBri
only selected plans have a 90 days option. I don't think any of the plans for existing subscribers has 90 days option now. So, you would need to stay with 30 days
it is true some 90 days plan save money, but it also mean a mini 90 days contract. so, it is not bad to stay with 30 days. more flexible
