Hello guys I’m a public mobile costumer, and I travelled in Africa and I can’t use roaming, I want to change my subscription from 45/month 100 GB internet to 20/month 1GB cause I only use wifi and I want to keep my number, but when I try to change subscription I don’t have $20 options, they only show me $50 and $40 help please

@Mikakambou , yes unfortunately that is the case for alot of people wanting to change plans. You will not be presented with the $20 plan, that is only for new customers. 

It's hard to downgrade to plans less than your current.

You will just have to pick the lowest plan that is presented to you for now. Eventually there might be offeres for you to continue to reduce to over the coming weeks after reducing now.

Just click on the options that says Change on Renewal on the lowest plan you see.
