I am a new subscriber. I have paid for my 90 day subscription. I started the activation process up to trying to transfer my number but now cannot get past the “Subscription not activated” page. It makes me log in again to leave a ticket but then I get an empty page with no other options.

If you activated your SIM on the PM app then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

@LouieLou Be sure you are using the Public Mobile app to activate.
If you are having issues, try clearing cache and cookies from your system.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
