Hi—I'm in Saskatoon using the Public Mobile app and I can't find the $19/month plan. Is it still available for new customers?

They will not allow you to switch your pjone number to a new account no. That's called porting and they dont allow PM to PM port.
The only way is to port to a new provider, wait a few days and port back in. This is probably not recommended as you will have to start with a new sim, possibly email address and you will loose any points or available funds if you have any.
What's the lowest plan do you see in your account?

No. If you need your number, you need to port out the number to another provider, and port back into PM with a new account shortly after.

Thank you for the info. Just to confirm, is it possible to switch my current phone number to a new account so I can take advantage of the $19 plan?

@Chofor the plan is available for new sign up. If you already have an account then you won't be able to switch to it.
Offer ends July 14.
