Getting the error "Subscription not activated: something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact a customer support agent." when I finish step 6 and try to port my number from telus.
I tried on the app to contact support, won't let me log in. I tried submitting a ticket on this community forum, "ticket did not sent" error in red at the top. I think I am supposed to pm someone on here.
This is extremely frustrating please help
