I followed all the steps, and at the final step this error happened.
I have Koodo esim card.
tried to contact the CS but I keep receiving a blank page once I try to contact an agent.
they already dictate the money.

So you activated a physical PM SIM card? If you did, try to insert the physical SIM card into your phone.

No I didn’t activate the esim with Public Mobile and I didn’t receive any text/email from them or QR code. That’s why I want to contact a human agent but I can’t

Did you activate a eSIM with Public mobile? If you did, did you receive an email from Public mobile with a QR code for eSIM?
