Hi,
I’m new to public mobile and on the app it says subscription expired even though I just paid in the activation process, (I did try to transfer my number, but somehow it didn’t work so I chose a new number )

I can in fact login properly and I’m using a eSIM.

it's weird. But if you insert the PM sim card in the phone, does it work? can it connect and can you make outgoing calls?
You need to contact PM to get them to check the activation.
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
