I requested a subscription upgrade to the $30.00 4g plan that was offered, and since my renewal date was within a week I requested it to happen on renewal date. It was showing as queued for my renewal date. Just checked today and the request is gone !? Just gone. I'm retired and don't use the phone for much, I don't need a fancy expensive plan. What happened ? Do they just offer things and then pull them back at random ? Thanks for any info.

Thanks for your reply. Turns out I was premature in seeking advice. The change was removed from visibility, but 2 days later on my billing date it did happen and I am now on the requested subscription. Good to know how this works. Thank you.

@John895 Did you make the plan change yourself in your account or was this a text offer you replied yes to ? If today is your renewal day it might not have fully updated yet . But if your renewal date has past and it’s not changed it’s possible it’s just cache issue you can try clear cache and cookies and open new web browser and check again or try the app instead if you haven’t already used it to check . If still same thing ask support to investigate what went wrong and fix
