Subscribing a new $35 Plan

Hi there, I am trying to subscribe the new $35 plan but when I add in my profile its the $45 plan. How can I change it to the $35 plan.

Many promos are for new activations only I.e. the Mexico plans. The plans exist, you just pay more.

@DT7313  we  Can only change to the plans that are available to us to change to in our accounts , I’m guessing you pay more then $35 now is why you do t see the $35 plan and only the $45-$55 US/MEX roaming plans . Not easy to downgrade plan price anymore with out compromises
