I can walk into my office just fine, but he gives me plans that are much bigger than mine. So I'll be looking for another company. This one's stupid.

That's correct. That's how this company works. I want to change to, but more $$$ for less Gg.
Only way around it is to port out and back as a new customer. Not worth it for me.

Everyone has to decide what's best for them indeed.
Off course you can always change your plan. You probably can't change to the one you want.
If you can sign into your My Account, click Manage Subscription tab and choose from available plans.
