Isn't it time for us all to leave this stupid organization Public Mobile? Because I can't change my plan

Only way around it is to port out and back as a new customer. Not worth it for me.

Off course you can always change your plan. You probably can't change to the one you want.
If you can sign into your My Account, click Manage Subscription tab and choose from available plans.
