Looks like I am not the only one having an issue with activating the esim despite confirming its compatible. Anyone figured out how to actually submit a ticket though? I've gotten to the ticket page after getting the run around from the bot and despite all the boxes being completed the submit button doesn't work. Even tried different browsers.

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
