Few months ago I decided to change my subcription plan. I got confirmation that it will be changed at the beginning of next cycle. Then my old subscription is renewed and I see again message that new subscription will renew at the next cycle, but it never does. Seems it is stuck. My new paln never gets activated. What to do?

if you use the laptop, log in to your account but first clear out cache files, also try a different web browser. I use Firefox and seems to be good.
If using mobile app, shut cellphone off, then restart and log in to your account > Usage Breakdown to view details of your current plan.

Your only option is to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket and explain your issue or
