Hi there!
I started the registration process and got to the point where I realized I needed a SIM card. I backed out of the registration process without finishing it.
Now I have the SIM card, but when I try to register now it tells me my email is already in use, but when I try to use that email to recover the password it says I'm not in the system. It's like I accidently stalled it halfway. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

@SourCrumbi am a little confused, t the first thing the activation page asks for is the sim number, did you omit this and do the rest of the form? and click submit or something?
if you didn;t click submit there should be no records of your emial in the system.
were you possibly with koodo prepaid before? they share the same backend system.

Waiting a bit of time and clearing browser cache when starting the new session should work.

Sometimes the website is finicky especially if the activation of SIM card was not completed.
If you want to keep the same email address, you can try again with a different browser, clearing cache or incognito mode.
