Opened up 2 lines this weekend, but 1 of them is still functional. Need some help please

I think the mods are gone for the day. they will get to your issue in the morning if you sent them all your porting info name number and account name exatly as on bill and your sim card number and email, you have done all you can.

Gave them my info an hour ago but nothing. The previous line I did the same but it worked a couple of minutes later

I believe, the second number did no port properly. I suggest you put in your old sim card provider and see if there is still service. If there isnt, then it means your number has been gone. You will then have to message one of the moderators here and they will help you with your problem. You give them your sim cardnumber and name
