Im having a crazy difficult time activating my sim

@Teaganrosexx  Make sure that the SIM card hasn't previously been activated before. You must also use an email that hasn't been used with Public Mobile before.

PM activation site does not handle the session state very well if you go back a page.

Always close the browser and restart your browser yo try again.

What exact issues are you having with activation?

 

The website can be finicky.  You can try a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode.  Chrome incognito works well.

Could you please give us a bit more information on what the problem is with the sim activation?

 

Have you tried clearing your browser cache/history and opening a new  browser in incognito/private mode.
