Started new plan still shows data already used

Hi my new monthly plan has just started , from my previous month I used 2gb of data when I am on new month stil it shows used 2gb , is it ok ? Because my monthly plan includes 4.5 gb data. So shouldn’t it show 4.5 Instead of 2gb? Any way to refresh my settings? Thanks

Your phone shows 2gb but what does it say online? It could be you have to change your data settings on your phone. Always go what it shows on your account online.

Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

Have you contacted Moderator_Team as was suggested above?

Are you on one of the 3G plans?  I would contact the mods as @LEGO, instructed as there was a glitch before where the 3G data plans would not reset data usage upon plan renewal.  I haven't heard of this problem popping up recently but it is something to check into
