Start up problem

Hey,

Looking for help please. I’m having trouble activating my sim. Every time I’ve put in my credit card details and selected to activate it just goes blank and says sorry that it can’t be done. I’ve tried multiple cards and it hasn’t worked. Has anyone had this problem before7

With the credit card information, make sure the name and address matches exactly the credit card billing information. Leave the apartment section blank.  

Maybe try Chrome incognito mode if possible.  Clearing cache or another webbrowser

@Daolin First, check if your cc has been charged. If not, try again using private/incognito browsing mode. If that does not work, you can try paying via voucher which can be purchased online at recharge.com or at the retail stores such as Walmart, RCSS, SDM or London drugs.
