Just activated by phone several days ago. Some texts are getting through to me, but when a couple of people responded to my text, they got an answer from someone else saying it was wrong number! What is happening?

Tell them to try adding your area code rather than just your 7 digits. I've encountered this issue before with colleague of mine. Same city, but people on the other side of town were getting someone else other than my colleague. Ultimately it was realized that it was because the town had two area codes. The phone auto assumes if it is just 7 digits that it is local in your area where the call is originating from. So it won't know to add the 3 digits for the other area code in town.

@HeathL You migjt have to change numbers. Message the moderators and they will advise you on next step.

@HeathLBelieve it or not.. it seem to happen once a while. Just be patient with the Moderators getting back to you.. they will be replying via the envelope on the top right hand corner.
