I am waiting to hear back from tech on a ticket already; the number is succesfully ported, have bought *two* new eSIMS, have tried resetting cellular network on the iPhone, have the primary number set, even a message on the iPhone that 'a new cellular network is available' but the SOS at the top where the network should be continues. Did anyone get a solution for this?? It's been over twenty-four hours now.

I am moving it over from Telus, but have owned it the entire time, purchased it new. So it was never lost or stolen

was the phone ever used on another network?
Check if the phone is blacklisted here ( your phone could have multiple IMEIs, check them all):
