After three weeks, I still haven't received my SIM card.

You can contact CSA to resend another SIM card, but it can take up to another 10 business days to arrive.

If you live near a corporate Telus and Koodo store or Mobile Klinik store, you could purchase $10  SIM card from them.  Then keep the recept and submit a copy to customer service agent to get account credit.  Or Amazon does offer prime shipping for PM SIM cards.

yes, it shouldn't take longer than 3 week.  Ask PM to check and resend another one
