My daughter lost her phone, she didn’t get the pin when she set up her eSIM, we can get a sms sent to the lost phone. We set her up with a new public mobile number and eSIM but we want to cancel the original but can do it without the pin or without getting the code sent off her lost phone

@TaraPaul43 If your just not able to log in you can get support to help you cancel the account and remove the credit card on file right away for the account you no longer want

there should be an option which reads “Didn’t get the code?”
Try tapping that and there should be an option to have the code sent to the registered email address on file
