Sim says sos

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Called to get my line transferred. Got it changed. Now i put the new sim and it keeps saying sos. I tried to but my old sim in to try and call but now both sims dont work and i only have wifi

@JonJon1 - you may not need customers support, SOS message can sometimes be helped with other troubleshooting. Try restarting your phone with the SIM card inside, or removing the SIM card, cleaning it carefully and reinserting it.

did  you just joined? or you are existing subscriber but trying to port in a number to an existing accont?

either way, it could be just a sim card provisioning issue, message support and they can reprovision it quickly

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
