In September 27 I ordered sim on public mobile website but my sim is not delivered any body told me my payment is done why sim not delivered

Usually take 10 business days. I would advise you to contact Public Mobile and let them know. See what they will do for you.

In the meantime,  see if there is a Telus/Koodo store near you. Ask them if they sell Public Mobile SIM and purchase for $10+.

Some people also buy it from Amazon. 

Then see if Public Mobile will reimburse you.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been way over that, you should open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
