Honestly I dont think so....
Your safest bet would be montreal, its really close from here anyways.
OR if you have a friend in another city, ask him/her to pick up a sim from you, then take a pic of the SIM number and activate, your friend can then send you the sim via CanadaPost ( or you can order one online and just do a "Sim Change" in when you log into your account.
