On your new phone, download the PM app and login to your account if your new phone only takes eSIM. You need to purchase a new eSIM.
If your new phone take SIM. Just power off the new phone and place the SIM in the new phone and power the phone back on.

if you have physical sim, it should still work after phone is wiped. Reboot the phone and Reset network settings
test both voice calls and data.
