I orders a SIM card over 2 months ago and it hasn’t showed up. How do I get a replacement sent out?

Wow that is a long time! Just contact a CS_Agent for a replacement. Submit a ticket through SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon above.
You can also order them from Canadian Cell Supplies for $5 online or from.Amazon or best to go to your local Telus/Koodo store if you ina rush.

What you might want to do is check out a corporate Telus or Koodo or mobile klinic location as they also carry them.
If you want public mobile to credit you the price of the one you purchased, contact their customer support agents.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request). Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts, or,
Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
