Sim card no service

eone23
Good Citizen / Bon Citoyen

Yesterday my phone started saying 'No Service' at the top of the screen.

The sim has read no service for 24 hours now and I don't know why.

I have swapped phones and reset my phone and everything I believe it needs to be reset from public mobile's end.

@eone23  Possible sim swap or sim jacking.

Try to access your selfserve account. If you can't you have been sim jacked. If you can check the last 4 digits of the sim card online and compare it you your sim. If they don't match you have been sim swapped. Either way it's bad. Secure/freeze you online banking, cc and other acconts asap and submit a ticket to PM for help.

@eone23 I would go into your self serve account and check the SIM registered to your account.

You can go into your self serve account and select change Sim card.

Compare the last 4 numbers shown there to the last 4 on the actual sim card from your phone. If they do not match suspend your service, change your password and notify a moderator immediately!

Log into your account. Does the status say active or suspended?

While in your account click "change sim card"

It will show last 4 digits of the sim card. Now take the sim out of your phone.

Does it take match your account?
