Hello,

 

Based on my subscription, I was told that I would get a free SIM card. I paid $10 for the new sim card but have not received my discount/refund yet. Can you please help me with that.

Had a similar issue when I received my SIM card. You can private message a CS agent and they will help you with ur issue via email responses. You get an email notification when they respond. My agent was very helpful and replied quickly.

@Meeta When were you promised the $10 credit for the SIM card? Public mobile is constantly removing and adding this option for free cards.

Who promised you are to get it? Where did you get it from?
