Sim activation

I have recently signed up, but the sim card hasn't arrived.   I went and purchased one, and tried to set up my account with that sim.   The setup has failed.   What can I do as I suspect I will not receive the mailed sim in time.

Yes, I'm using the app.   It directs me to message customer support.  That page fails to open.

@BadBreath  Are you using the app to activate the sim ? You need to , this can’t be done in website . Please download the app and try if you haven’t already .
