I keep trying to create a ticket and get an error trying to log in. Is anyone else having this issue?

To protect customers from SIM swap fraud, Public Mobile has temporarily disabled all online SIM swaps through Self-serve.
To change your SIM card, please submit a ticket here

@vanessawhite : The first log in part is with your community login. Then the verification part has as an option to ask for your self-serve login.

@vanessawhite Only Moderators can change SIM card numbers now.

@vanessawhite- Have you tried with another browser, or tried clearing browser cache, or using browser in Incognito / private mode? Sometimes that helps.
