Hi,
I was porting a number from freedom mobile to public mobile and everything was smooth untill the payment and auto pay didnt go through my credit card. I tried twice using the same card but it didnt go through. I tried third time using another card and it failed again. Since then whenever I re-start the procedure I am getting a message which says that the sim is invalid, however the sim is new and was purchased a day before.
I am stuck as i want to sign up before 6th July as I want to use the promo for Freedom mobile customers.
Do I need to purchase another sim?
Please let me know if something could be done at my end.

Try using the SIM card, it might actually work. The moderator team can advise you on the need for a replacement SIM card.
