I am new to pm 1 week .
I have signed into my account for the first 2 days however the past 2 days I can’t sign into.
I have done a password reset but it says unauthorized action .
I have also tried signing in with my laptop.
No sure what else to try ??

I was having the same issue for quite some time until I finally used DuckDuckGo as the browser and was finally able to get into my account.

If after the above, you still cannot log in, contact a customer support agent.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Try clearing your system cache and cookies and opening an incognito tab and trying again
You can also try logging in from a completely different browser on a completely different device.
Also, try tapping the highlighted area when logged into self-serve for a refreshed page version:
