Did it say it is locked, wait an hour and try again.
If still fail you can first try Forgot Password link and see if you can reset the password that way
If you are still unable to get into My Account, open a ticket with PM Support
open a ticket with PM Support. Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

You may wish to try logging in from a completely different device on a completely different browser.
Some people have reported success using mobile devices, while others have reported greater success using a desktop with Microsoft Edge.
