@makkahn28 for some reason, you got TWO 3 choices discounts. The $60 one is the one you should have received, for a 90 day plan with 3 choices. For some reason you also got a $45 3 choices discount--oddly, that amount is the difference betwen the 90 day 2 choices discount ($15) and the 90 day 3 choices discount ($60).
Have you chanced your plan recently?

You kinda opened up a can of worms when you brought up the glitch on your account, even with good intention. I do hope you get to keep your current rate though.

@makkahn28 In your case it seems like it gave $45 for no reason. 3 choices discount should only be given once but it additionally gave you $45 on top of $60 (correct one - 210-60=150).

Not trying to complain, I like the rate, BUT if my Plan is supposed to be $150, and it says $105, and I owe $80 after rewards kick in, you can understand why I need clarification on this, to be 100% sure

Here's the breakdown
$59+$45+$81+$25=$210
3 Combo discount -$60 should = $150
But then how is it that on my Self-Serve portal, price is listed as $105

Also, @Shazia_K, my reason is so that I know if I am paying correct rate, not overpaying and not underpaying, I hope you can fully understand my reason to ask
So, if my Rate for my plan is $150
how is it $101?
with rewards fee is $80 under the $101
When if my rate is supposed to be $150
supposed to be $125
What is the correct rate?

@Shazia_K, just wondering, If my Rate plan for the 90 Day, Unlim Can-US Talk, Global Txt and 6 GB Data is $150, how can it be $101?
The Self-Serve thing is kinda confusing, I was looking at the transaction history, I can't make sense of it, I think the Self-Serve needs to be revamped to make it easier and consise on the breakdown on this
